Natalia's Ultra Challenge: Raising Funds for Macmillan Cancer Support

Natalia, a dedicated employee of Flexible Medical Packaging, recently completed an ultra challenge to raise funds for a cause close to her heart, Macmillan Cancer Support. The challenge, which involved a 100KM walk which she finished in 24 hours and 36 minutes, tested her physical and mental endurance. Natalia's journey began with months of training, balancing her professional responsibilities with intense preparation.

The entire team at Flexible Medical Packaging rallied behind Natalia, offering support and encouragement throughout her journey. Her efforts not only raised £575 for Macmillan, but also highlighted the spirit of community and compassion within the company. Her dedication to this challenge and her commitment to supporting Macmillan has been truly inspiring to everyone at FMP.

When asked about the experience, Natalia said "This was the toughest thing I have ever experienced physically and mentally. I am laughing as well as crying but it was worth it. The scenery was stunning, as always. There’s nowhere quite like the Lake District.  The LD100km is one of the most beautiful ultra marathon events in the UK. I experienced beautiful views and sunny weather and a bit of rain and mud trails. I met so many nice people. My legs and my knees are broken but I will be recovered soon.  I really want to do the Ultra Challange again next year.

Thank you so much for everyone's support and donations."
