As part of our Contract manufacturing service, we will provide first class customer service, before during, and after your product is delivered to market. Our team are happy to talk with you via telephone, or and visual conference or in person at your facility or at our facilities based in Lancaster.
At first contact, our experiences and friendly Technical Sales team will listen to your requirements to gain a thorough understanding of your needs.
Audits of our facilities are welcome and we will review and implement any appropriate suggestions you bring forward.
We are on hand to support you during the development and processing of your products/orders.
Products can be customised where required to suit such requirements as: country specific labelling, batch coding, customer specific artwork & design.
FMP’s fleet of drivers will ensure that your product is delivered in excellent condition and in a timely manner.
Once you have received your product, we will provide ongoing assistance and technical advice whenever it may be required.
